You can draw, sleep, sex, play, cook, journal. The most important part of this experience is that you are remaining true to you as well as understanding that this Is working powerfully for you. Everyone receives reiki differently; even you with each experience. Some experience bursts of euphoria, some feel mixed emotions bubbling to the surface; others feel suddenly productive or exhausted. Some feeling nothing at all. All reactions are valid. 
 
Feel free to write out a petition or list of goals you will be actualizing. And then consider detaching from said affirmations as they begin working magic in your life. 
 
Trust yourself to handle the reiki, the day, your desires with the utmost discernment. Prepare to thoroughly enjoy how it all begins unfolding - within hours, days and weeks.
